What would you say about a man who, with his lawyer, Michael Yearwood, is using his son's death to swindle his remaining children and his son's mother out of what is rightfully theirs? If anyone can confirm or add to the following I invite them to do so.

The man is Christopher Pile. He told me himself he has not had to file a writ in the courts and within 6 months of his son's death the insurance company, ICBL in Barbados, had a settlement ready to be paid. Apparently, when the attorney representing the mother sent ICBL a letter informing them of their clients' claims, it put the disbursement on hold. (maybe the inside contact got cold feet knowing there was another verifiable claiment). In reply to another letter, the lawyer representing the mother was told in March 2008 by Andrew Pollard at ICBL, that no liability had been accepted yet. I have been informed by Christopher Pile, who is repeating Michael Yearwood, that ICBL has now accepted liability in the wrongful death of Benjamin Pile and is ready to make the disbursement. Apparently, the monies from ICBL will be paid out to an undisclosed recipient (guessing that it is Michael Yearwood) for an undisclosed amount. But get this.....Michael Yearwood and Chris Pile are presenting ICBL with birth certificates of deceased people. Why would they do this? My assumption is to up the payout amount. Isn't this fraud? Where do people like this get off at? This man, Christopher Pile, has already spread fabrications about his ex-wife all about Barbados, continues to forge his children's signatures in business matters, and has not paid the court ordered child support for the last 8 years. Notice.....he had 8 children and refused to pay their mother for their support. He brags about this, as well. And the courts in Barbados apparently condone this, because even though repeated appeals have been made, nothing has been enforced. I suppose since he got away with all this for years it has encouraged him to continue to abuse and cheat his children and their mother, but it is hard to imagine a man unscrupulous enough to use the death of a child against the rest of his children.
